Can't recommend highly enough for a city escape

Cozy room, good restaurant, with excellent local dishes and attentive service, made my stay enjoyable as a solo traveler with everything you need for a perfect getaway.

Everything was superb.

The restaurant was reasonably priced for breakfast, I tried awesome dishes. The hotel was in a marvellous and decent location, minutes away from a railway station. I had coffee at Cat Cafe, located within 20 minutes walk.

Magnificent location to sights in Old Town.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

I stayed in a spacious Suite with amazing views and enjoyed an excellent breakfast buffet every morning with local cuisine. The on-site spa services were amazing, especially the hot stone massage. Plus, the hotel staff was attentive, packing a take-away breakfast for my early departure as a thoughtful gesture.

The breakfast offered a wide choice of local cuisine, but the pool was a bit cold .

The staff was wicked accommodating. They helped with everything from calling taxis to currency exchange. Breakfast was a feast, and the pool was great despite needing a tiny fee. Just a little hike from downtown, but worth it for the service and clean vibes. Plus, they got backup power, so no blackout worries.

The room was not ready upon check-in despite claiming a 14:00 availability, leading to an embarrassing wait. The lack of heating in the bathroom. I encountered unhelpful reception staff who were dismissive of my concerns, displaying a clear lack of care ' needs.

I had an amazing stay with a spacious room and outstanding breakfast options every morning, but I was disappointed by the need to schedule access to the spa facilities in advance.

Having previously visited the city, this time was great with the spacious room and an amazing breakfast selection. The spa facilities were a nice bonus after exploring the city.

The central location made exploring easy, with quick access to local attractions. The breakfast spread was a highlight, with freshly baked croissants and a variety of traditional options. The rooms were tidy and well-equipped, but the gym's layout could be confusing due to its two separate areas. Although the pool incurred an additional cost, it was still a pleasant way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The rooms were super clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast offered a nice spread of local cuisine, interesting. We visited the National Opera and enjoyed the beautiful architecture. The tram stop nearby made it easy to explore, and room service was handy.

The pool was a bit cold , less inviting after a long day. It would have been great to have it warmer.

The staff is friendly and multilingual, the services are very good, and the location is convenient, just a short walk to the city center. The restaurant in the newly built Taurus building serves excellent Ukrainian food.

The hotel staff are very good in the best manner. the breakfast is absolutely fantastic and superb with different food available. - the location is marvellous in a good area just off the town center.
